    “Goose liver.”

    Ick. Such an appetite-killing name. Now I know why people prefer the slightly more exotic “Patรฉ de Foie Gras”.

    Lol…that is an exotic name for it, Reynard! I’ve heard it called braunschweiger and liverwurst… but never…. that thing you just said. :-) And you’re right, it doesn’t get much more unappetizing than “goose liver.” :-)

    I discovered that liver is pretty good, actually. Chicken liver, at least. I’ve never tried goose liver.

    And if you are hungry enough… I suppose one would eat a goose liver sandwich. It would just need a couplea tons of ketchup. ๐Ÿ˜‰

    Lol LE… well, goose liver isn’t actually the liver of a goose. It’s just another word for braunschweiger, or liverwurst, which is like this… meat paste. Which sounds even worse than goose liver, actually… ๐Ÿ˜‰

    I am not a fan of liver in general. I’ve had beef liver, but no other livers that I’m aware of. That was enough to make me not want to eat any other animals’ livers, however. I’ll take your word for it about the chicken liver. :-)

    Chopped liver (made with chicken liver, hard boiled egg, and onion) is good stuff, but it has to be made right. Liver in general has a strong flavor, and it’s not for everyone.
